摘要
为了探讨“急病及肾”的本质,对“急病及肾”的烧伤Wistar雄性大鼠进行了LH、FSH、睾丸酮、E_2和Cortison含量的测定。结果表明,实验组的T、E_2含量明显低于对照组,而LH含量却高于对照组,Cortison水平二组间无明显差异。二组大鼠的FSH含量均未测出。这提示我们今后在进一步开展“急病及肾”和肾本质的研究时,要多从垂体——性腺轴考虑。
In order to research the essence of ' Shen reaction to trauma',an experimental study using burned adult male Wistar rats was designed to observe the ' shen reaction to trauma'. The amounts of LH.FSH, T,Ez,and cortison in serum were determined. It was shown that the amounts of T,Ez of the burned group was obvious lower than that 'of the controlled group (p<0. 001,p<0. 01),but the content of LH of the burned group was higher than the controlled group (p<0. 01),the content of cortison had not difference , the content of FSH was not detected in the burned group and the controlled group-
