常温器官保存24h犬心脏功能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本实验将犬心脏连同肺、肝、胰、十二指肠、双侧肾脏、以及大血管组成器官保存群体,采用常温自体灌注方法,多器官保存24h,显示心脏功能良好,明显地提高了心脏保存时间。保存期间,主动脉压、左心室压、左心室功能、主动脉血流量、血管阻力、生化测定等均保持稳定。延长器官保存时间是发展器官移植手术的重要一环,这一保存技术值得进一步研究。 It is one of the important parts for organs transplantation that organs could be preserved longer. Heart function was studied during a 24 hour preservation period using a normothermic autoperfused preparation in which the heart was preserved with the lungs,liver,pancreas,duodenum and both kidneys,The heart exhibited minimal change in function. Aortic pressure,left ventricular pressure, left ventricular function, aortic blood flow, systemic resistance and biochemistry were maintained stable during the 24 hour period.We believe that more research will improve this technique so that it may eventually become one of the techniques suitable for a relatively long-term organ preservation.
