自制GPC-II-3液对兔肝低温延时保存的形态学观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探索对供肝具有较长时间保护作用的器官保存液。方法20只新西兰大白兔(体重2.5~3.0kg)随机分为实验组(15只)和实验对照组(5只)。用自制的器官保存液(GPC鄄II鄄3液),低温冷藏连续保存兔肝0~192h,观察其组织结构的变化。结果保存0~120h的兔肝,其组织结构基本正常;保存到144h兔肝,电镜下见肝细胞的线粒体出现轻度肿胀和嵴少;随着保存时间的延长肝细胞出现明显的细胞变性。结论用GPC鄄II鄄3液以低温冷藏的方法能够在组织结构上保存兔肝120h。 Objective To explore long-time preserving solution of liver f or transplantation. Methods Twenty Newzeland rabbits were divided randomly into experiment group(n=15) and control group(n=5). The rabbit livers were preserved by continuous cold storage for 0~192 h with GPC-II-3 solution. The morphologic al changes of the livers were examined under light microscope(LM) and electron m icroscope(EM). Results The histological structure of the livers in the preserva tion time from 0 h to120 h were normal At the preservation time 144 h, the rabbi t livers showed normal under light microscope, but the mitochondriaan of rabbit liver cells were swollen and its crista were rare under electron microscope. At the preservation time 168~192 h ,the rabbit liver showed an evident denaturatio n. Conclusion The morphological structure of rabbit liver can be preserved for 120 hours with GPC-II-3 solution by continuous cold storage.
