摘要
建立了放线菌斜面和液体培养物杀虫活性物质简便快速线虫生测法。线虫(Panagrellusredivivus)对Avermectins反应的典型症状是怠-蜷曲,对韶关霉素的典型反应症状是急翻-挺直。6种线虫中P.redivivus和Aphelenchoidescomposticola对Ivermectin较为耐药。测试液中丙酮、乙醇和甲醇浓度低于3%对线虫活力无明显影响。根据对线虫击倒-死亡过程的观察,提出了用击倒中浓度KC50代替致死中浓度LC50更适合速测之需的结论。
A simple and rapid process using nematodes for bioassay of insecticidal substances from actinomycetal strains propagated through both slant culture and fermentation broth culture was developed. Languor and curl were the typical symptoms of nematodes (Panagrellus redivivus)exposed to the substances of Avermectins. Contrarily,the symptoms caused by piericidins were tumble and rigidity. Among the six nematode species tested,P. redivivus and APhelenchoides composticola showed more tolerance to Invermectin than the others. There were no evident effects on the vigor of nematodes (P. redivivus)when the concentrations of actetone,ethanol and methanol were below 3% in the assay system. According tothe nematocidal process from knockdown to death caused by insecticidal substances tested,the replacement of Lc50 with Kc50 could achieve bioassay results faster and more accurately.
