摘要
针对某些飞机曾经出现的应急放起落架失败导致迫降发生飞行事故的情况,文中在机构分析和可靠性分析的基础上,对现代飞机应急放起落架的工作特点进行阐述,提出飞机应急放起落架的机构运动过程可靠度计算模型。作为例子,综合考虑飞机飞行状态和外界天气条件等因素对其工作可靠性的影响,对某型飞机起落架收放机构进行应急放起落架的运动过程可靠度分析和仿真计算,其方法及结果对避免类似事故具有一定的指导意义。
As an important part of modem airplane, landing gear retracting mechanism plays a crucial role in ensuring flight safety during taking off or landing. Based on the elementary principle of mechanism analysis and reliability analysis for some kind of landing gear retracting mechanism, as an example, the detailed motion reliability model for the landing gear retracting mechanism was established. After that, with airspeed and relative conditions considered, the motion process reliabilities of the landing gear emergency extending system were simulated on computer by using Matlab software. Several simulated results are presented and their implications discussed. Finally, the authors put forward some suggestions to improve the reliability of the emergency retracting mechanism.
