摘要
研究了K_4〔Fe(CN)_6〕-硫脲-H_2SO_4测定痕量汞的催化显色新体系。Hg(Ⅱ)的浓度在0~1.02μg/25mL范围内遵守Beer定律,间接摩尔吸光系数ε′_(615)=6.6×10 ̄5L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1).回收率90.2%~102.0%,变异系数2.08%。该法用于饮料等食品中痕量汞的测定获得令人满意的结果。
A new colour reaction of K4 Fe(CN)6 -thiourea-H2SO4 catalyzed by mer-cury(Ⅱ)has been studied. The detection limit of Hg is 3 ng/mL。Beer s law is obeyed for Hg(Ⅱ)in the range of 0~1.02 μg/25 mL,variation coefficient is 2.08% and recovery 90.2%~102.0%。The Molar absorptivity is 6.6 × 105L·mol(-1)·cm(-1).This method has been applied tothe determination of Hg in food with satisffactory results。
