摘要
本文对３０例鼻咽癌患者的四项免疫学指标进行了检测，发现ｍＩＬ－２Ｒ表达减少，ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ和ＴＮＦ水平升高，ＮＫ活性与正常对照无显著差异，提示患者免疫功能抑制。上述指标与鼻咽癌病期的关系有待进一步研究。
our immunological parameters were investigated for 30 nasopharyngeal
carcinoma patients.Itwas found that the expression of mIL-2R decressed,serum levels of sIL-2R
and TNF elevated compared withnormal control group The difference of NK activity between NPC
patients and normal control was not signifi-cant.It indicated that the immunological function of
nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients was seriously sup-pressed.The correlation of the four
immunological parameters with clinical stage of patients needs furtherstudies.
