摘要
在详细分析往复泵泵阀工作行为的基础上,建立了泵阀的数学模型。该模型解决了泵阀在开启和关闭阶段升程为零的方程奇点问题;能对不同工作条件下的不同开启方式进行描述。给出了依据该套模型编制的程序框图和算例。
Based upon the analysis of valves behav- ior,the mathematic model of pump valves is es- tablished.Using this model,the odd point that the lift equals zero in the course of the valve open and closure is solved.Also,the model can simulate the valve behavior under different working condition.Finally,an example is dis- cussed by means of program on the basis of the model.
