摘要
针对阿道尔夫往复泵泵阀精确运动微分方程在泵阀开启瞬时存在奇点的不足 ,综合考虑了液体可压缩性与泵阀运动的魏氏效应对液缸内液体连续流条件的影响 ,并考虑泵阀运动的动力特性 ,建立了描述往复泵自动锥形阀运动规律的精确运动微分方程 ,它是关于液缸内液体压力、泵阀升程与泵阀运动速度的一阶常微分方程组。该微分方程组在泵阀的整个运动周期内都不存在奇点。本文应用数值微分方法建立了泵阀运动规律的仿真算法。
The influence of liquid compressibility and Westphal ,s phenomenon of moving valve on the continuous flow condition of the liquid in the pump cylinder and the dynamic property of the pump valve is considered. A new accurate dynamic differential equation used to describing the movement of the self-acting conical valve of reciprocating pumps is set up. The new equation is a differential equation set which includes the liquid pressure in the liquid cylinder, the raising height and the moving speed of the valve. The simulation model is set up by numerical integration method.
