摘要
在常压出口工况条件下,通过对一种新型冷凝液输送泵铰接阀流阻特性的分析及试验,得到阀的局部阻力系数与其各种影响因素的关系。阐述了阀直径D、旋启阀瓣密度ρ阀、流量Q、阀瓣开度对铰接阀的局部阻力系数的主要影响,并给出了它们之间的关系曲线。
In free export condition,through analysis and experiment on the influence factor of flow resistance characteristics of hinged valve applied to a new condensate pump,the relationship of the local resistance coefficientξ and its influence factor is obtained.The diameter D,density of swing disc ρwalve,flow rate Q and the valve opening angle α is point out to be the main factors influencing on the hinged valve＇s local resistance coefficientξ.The influence of these factors on the hinged valve＇s local resistance coefficient is given.
