摘要
本文研究了55例高血压病左心房内径增大患者左心房内径与左心室结构参数的关系.结果表明,左心房内径≥40mm组,左心室扩大/肥厚的发生率显著高于<40mm组(P<0.05);左心房内径与左心室内径及重量显著相关(P<0.01).提示高血压病患者左心房内径增大有伴随左心室结构改变的趋势,可能是高血压性心脏病的早期表现.
The relation of increased left atrial dimension to the parameters of left ventricular structure was investigated in 55 subjects with hypertension. It was found that the hypertensive patients with left atrial dimension ≥40mm had a higher prevalence of left ventricular dilatation/hypertrophy than did those with left atrial dimension <40mm,and that left atrial dimension correla-ted significantly with left ventricular end-diastolic dimension or left ventricular mass. The results suggested that left atrial dilatation had a tendency to associate with left ventricular dilatation/hypertrophy and that isolated enlarged left atrial dimension could be an earlier mark of hypertensive heart disease.
