摘要
目前超声心动图评价左心房功能的方法很多,包括左心房内径、左心房构型指标等。心肌应变率成像是组织速度成像的基础上发展起来的一种超声心动图新技术,可作为评价心房局部心肌功能新的量化指标,但其本身仍具有一定的局限性。斑点追踪技术是一项崭新的测量应变及应变率的方法,为临床心房功能的评价和进一步全面深入研究提供了新方法。
Many studies were carried out to assess the left atrial（LA）mechanical function in patients with essential hypertension using two-dimensional echocardiography by means of left atrial volume measurements.Myocardial strain rate imaging is a new technology developed from tissue doppler imaging,which can be used for a quantitative index to evaluate local myocardial function,but it has been observed to be limited in someways.Speckle tracking imaging can detect strain and strain rate and is expected to become the best way to evaluate regional myocardial function of left atrial.
