摘要
用电场刺激(EFS)方法研究氯胺酮(KA)及羟丁酸钠(γ-OH)对离体兔气管平滑肌张力的影响。结果表明,KA2mg/100ml及γ-OH100mg/100ml均减弱EFS引起的平滑肌收缩反应,均有非常显著的统计学差异。提示此两药可用于气道高反应性病人麻醉。
he effects of ketamine (KA) and hydroxybutyrate sodium(γ-OH)on isolated rabbit tracheal smooth musclewere studied by means of electrical field stimution(EFS).ResuIts:amplitude of muscle contractions elicited byEFS was decreased markedly by both KA(2mg/100ml)and γ-OH(100mg/100ml),indicating that the two drugsmay be used in the patients with airway hyperreactivity.
