摘要
目的 :探讨维库溴铵、阿曲库铵对气管平滑肌的直接影响。方法 :用电刺激兔离体气管平滑肌张力的直接影响。结果 :发现略高于临床浓度的维库溴铵 (3× 10 - 6 mol/ L)和阿曲库铵 (10 - 5 m ol/ L)对气管平滑肌张力无显著影响 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;更高浓度的维库溴铵 (3× 10 - 4 mol/ L )可使气管平滑肌收缩力持续增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;而高浓度的阿曲库铵 (10 - 3mol/ L )可使气管平滑肌收缩力先一过性增加 ,随后降低 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :在离体条件下 ,临床剂量范围内维库溴铵、阿曲库铵不增加气管平滑肌张力 ,但应避免大剂量快速使用。
Objective:To investigate the direct effects of different concentrations of vecuronium and atracurium on the tension of tracheal smooth muscle.Methods: The method of Electrical stimulation was used to induce the change of isolated rabbit tracheal smooth muscle tension.Results:The comcentrations of vecuronium (3×10 -6 mol/L) and of atracurium (10 -5 mol/L) had no effects on the tension of tracheal smooth muscle. But the high concentration of vecuronium (3×10 -4 mol/L) could significaltly increase the smooth muscle tension for 15 min( P <0.05);the tension of smooth muscle atracurium (10 -3 mol/L) at first was significantly increased and then after 15 min significantly decreased. Conclusion:It is suggested that vecuronium and atracurium didn′t increase the isolated tracheal smooth musle tension with the usual clinical doses. But It must be refused in usage of higher doses.
