摘要
本文建立并应用伊红Ｙ水试验法，对６１例有生育力男子和７２例不育男子进行精子膜完整性检测。结果表明．精子膜未损率生育组明显高于不育组。生育组和不育组的精子膜未损率均与精子尾部肿胀率、活精子百分率及精子活动率呈高度正相关，与精子正常形态百分率呈低度正相关。本法较为准确、全面、可靠，并具有简便、快速的特点，可作为精液分析的一项常规检测。
The functional intergrity of sperm membrane of 61 fertile men and 72 infertile men were determined with Eosin Y-water test.The results showed the undamaged rate of sperm membrane in fertile group was much higher than that in infertile group.In both the groups,the undamaged rate of membrane were highly correlated with the percentage of tail swelling,sperm motility and sperm viability.It also showed there was a low correlation between the undamaged rate of membrane and the percentage of sperm normal morphology.We considered the Eosin Y-water test could be used as a reliable,simple,speedy and comprehensive method for evaluating sperm membrane intergrity.
