摘要
目的：研究精子膜功能试剂盒的临床应用价值。方法：使用该试剂盒与精子尾部低渗膨胀试验和伊红Y水试验对33例正常生育男性和65例不育症患者进行比较观察。结果：该试剂盒与精子尾部低渗膨胀试验和伊红Y水试验检测结果均呈显著的相关性（生育组：P＞0．5、P＞0．05，不育组；P＞0．5、P＞0．2）。结论：精子膜功能试剂盒快速简便、结果准确，可代替精子尾部低渗膨胀试验和伊红Y水试验检测精子膜功能并在临床推广应用。
Objective: To study the clinical value of the kit for assessing the functional integrity of sperm membrane. Methods: A new kit to evaluae sperm - membrane function are developed.Semem samples from 33 fertile men and 65 infertile men were determined with Hypo - Osmetic swelling tes(HOST), Eosin y - water test and the kit results of which observed and compared. Results: The kit,HOST and Eosin y - water test were highly correlated with each othar(the fertile group: P > 0. 5、P > 0. 05; the infertile group: P > 0.5、P > 0. 2,mepectively) . Conclusion: The kit is a reliable,simple and speedy method which can replace HOST and Eosin y - water test.
