摘要
为了探讨吸烟对精液各参数的影响及与不育的关系,本文选择了吸烟和不吸烟不育男子各50例,作精液各参数对比研究。结果表明:少、中量吸烟(1～20支/天)对精液各参数无明显影响,大量吸烟者(>20支/天),1次射精精子总数显著低于不吸烟组(P<0.01),精子密度、活动精子百分率及前向运动级别也明显低于不吸烟组(P<0.05)。提示大最吸烟可能对生育有不良影响。作者认为,对于不育男子,尤其是精子质量不良者,应避免大量吸烟。
Comparison of semen parameters between 50 smoking and 50 non-smoking infertile men was undertaken to seek for affection of cigarette smoking to semen parameters, and relation between smoking and infertility of men. The results are as follows:
Light and moderate smoking (1～20/day) has no clea(?)-cut effect on semen parameters than in otherwise healthy men.In heavy smokers(>20/day) the total sperm count per ejaculate was signicantly lower (P<0.01) than that in nonsmokers, whereas sperm density, the percentage of motile sperm and the sperm fmrward progression in heavy smokers also were signicantly lower (P<0.05) than that in non-smokers.
These results allow to conclude that heavy smoking may have an adverse effect on fertility of men. The authors believed that heavy smoking should be avoided in infertile men, especially in infertile men with poor semen quality.
