摘要
本文介绍了原油脱钙、镁、铁技术的开发概况和所取得的初步研究结果。在原油电脱盐过程中加入脱钙剂能高效地脱除原油中的钙、镁、铁;大幅度地减小脱盐电流,这对重油加氢裂化、渣油催化裂化、减轻油相结垢、减少石油焦中灰分等方面均有一定好处;原油脱钙技术使原油脱盐过程从原来只能脱除部分无机碱金属化合物过渡到脱除原油中的碱土金属及部分重金属,具有推广价值。
The paper prosents the development of Ca,Mg and Fe removal technology for crude oil and its preliminary results. By adding decalcifying agent into the crude oil during electric desalting, the electric current for desalting can be significantly redued and Ca,Mg and Fe impurities in crude oil can be effectively removed, which is adventageous to the operation of heavy oil hydrocracking and residue catalytic cracking as well as to the mitigation of equipment fouling and the reduction of ash content of petroleum coke. This crude oil decalcification technology makes the electric desalting process capable to remove the alkali-earth metals and part of the heavy metals in addition to the alkali metals in crude oil.
