摘要
采用复合溶剂抽提分离胜利原油减一线油中的石油酸 ,经优选表明 ,复合溶剂的最佳配比为 :活性组分A含量为 1%~ 3 % ,6 0 %乙醇含量为 97%~ 99% ;抽提的最佳剂油比为 0 .15。经复合溶剂抽提 ,可脱除减一线油中80 %以上的石油酸 ,减一线精制油收率达 99.3 % ,石油酸收率达 0 .6 2 % ,粗酸值为 15 7mgKOH/g ,复合溶剂可回收重复利用 ,回收率 98.9%。采用该工艺每处理 1t减一线油 ,可实现增值约 10RMB $。
Petroleum acids in the first vacuum side stream of Shengli crude has been extracted by complex solvent. Optimum constituents of the complex solvent is A (the active component) 1%~3%, 60% ethanol 97%~99%. Optimum ratio of solvent to oil is 1.5. More than 80% of the petroleum acids has been removed after the solvent extraction. Refined oil yield of the first vacuum side stream has reached 99.3% and yield of petroleum acids reached 0.62%.Acid number is 157mg KOH/g. Complex solvent can be recovered for reuse and the recovery rate is 98.9%. More value equal to 10 RMB yuan can be added from every ton of first vacuum side streams processed by the solvent extraction.
