摘要
根据有限空间热点火理论对乳化炸药间断工艺过程的乳化罐进行了“当量球”形状处理,结合动力学参数和热物理性能参数首次研究了间断乳化时乳化基质的热点火行为,计算得到了乳化罐器壁、乳化基质物料中心的临界温度和温度场分布。就热安全性而言,乳化基质的乳化工艺温度是安全的。当乳化基质中混有气泡时,或者掺合硫磺粉和铝粉后,其临界温度急剧下降,工艺危险性大大增加。
On the basis of the thermal ignition theory in finite volume, “Equivalent sphere”treatment for emulsifying tank has been done in this paper,The thermal ignition behavior of emulsion matrix has been studied and the critical temperature and temperature field for both emulsifying tank and emulsion matrix have been calculated,Results indicate that the techno-logical process of emulsion matrix is safe from the thermal ignition 's point of view.
