组合式转轮除湿系统在生产工艺中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 本文阐述了组合式转轮除湿系统构造、工作原理和性能特点。结合软胶囊干燥工艺和乳化炸药生产工艺,介绍了组合式转轮除湿系统各分系统的选择和部件匹配原则和方法。通过组合式转轮除湿系统在乳化炸药生产工艺流程中的实际运行参数分析,检验了组合式转轮除湿系统设计的合理性。采用数码涡旋压缩机技术可以解决因新风负荷频繁变化导致的常规压缩机启停频繁及压缩机寿命受影响的问题。 The structure, operating principle and performance characteristics of the combined adsorptive desiccant air conditioning system were introduced in detail. The matching principle and methods of every parts of the system used in the soft capsule dried and emulsion explosive production technics also were introduced. The operating parameters validated the rationality and validity of the design method of the system. The problem of shortened lifespan of fixed frequency compressor can be solved by using inverter compressor.
