摘要
乳化炸药生产中 ,用单螺杆泵泵送乳化炸药基质 ,提供工艺流量和克服输送阻力。近几年在螺杆泵处有数次爆炸性事故发生 ,发生机理尚未十分明了。本文论述了乳化炸药基质的泵送与安全 ,认为在输送过程中泵的吸空、断流可能导致乳化炸药基质热分解 ,是发生此类事故的主要原因。
In the production of emulsion explosives, the emulsion matrix is transported with single spiral pumps so as to give the technological flow and surmount transporting resistance. Over the years, a few explosions near to the pumps have taken place because of unidentified causes. In this paper, pumping of emulsion explosive matrix and safety are stated. It is thought to be principal reason for these explosion accidents that the inhaling empty of the pump or broken flow in the transpoting process may cause thermal decomposition of the matrix.
