摘要
绿色评价技术是绿色制造的重要组成部分。通常使用层次评价法对评价对象、方法等进行评价,但是这种方法不适用于对产品的制造过程进行评价。针对产品的制造过程提出了绿色制造过程评价的数据包络分析(DEA)方法。把制造过程中的每个具体行为视为DEA方法中的一个决策单元(DMU),除了通常考虑的投入与产出外,也把制造过程的环境影响视为产出,评价制造过程的相对绿色有效性。DEA方法不须事先给定评价指标的权重,也可适应指定权重的情况。用DEA法可以有效反映在工艺装备与生产对象不变的情况下特定制造过程的绿色度持续性变化的过程。介绍了DEA方法在火药生产过程绿色评价中的应用。
The green assessment technology is an important part of the green manufacturing. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is often used in the assessment of some evaluated objects and methods, but it is not applicable to the manufacturing process assessment. A concept of green manufacturing process assessment was presented in this paper, which uses DEA model. Each concrete action in the manufacturing process is regarded as a DMU (decision making unit) in DEA. Except inputs and outputs considered usually, the effects to environment in the manufacturing process are also treated as the outputs to assess the relative green efficiency of the manufacturing process. DEA method needs not to specify the assessment index weights beforehand, but it can also be used in case of specified weights. The use of DEA can efficiently reflect the constantly changing process of green degree in the specific manufacturing process under the invariable equipments and products. An example of the DEA in the green assessment of powder manufacturing was introduced finally.
