摘要
以产品整个生命周期中所处各局域环境为背景 ,从其对人类自身、生物资源、非生物资源 3个方面所产生的影响出发 ,结合我国实际情况 ,建立了一套完整的 LCA评估决策体系。在此体系中以产品所处的局域环境为基础 ,对产品整个生命周期进行阶段性划分 ,从而使得整套体系具有良好的可操作性 ,并使所得到的各项指标具有更强的实际意义。评估体系可被应用于各类产品的环境影响评估。
In this paper, the influence that the products produce in the local environment during the whole life cycle of them is analyzed. Among it the influence includes the influence to human, biological resource and abiological resource. And then by combining these with the facts of China, a set of LCA system is built. In this assessment system the environment of product is emphasized. And basing on this, the whole life period of product is divided into several phases. In this way, the whole system could be operated much easily, and the index gotten from the system could have a much more reliable meaning. The assessment system could be used in the value of the influence of all kinds of products, and help the producer to improve the environmentally conscious performance of the product.
