南瓜对人体具有营养和保健作用。本文主要介绍了南瓜保健蛋糕的加工工艺过程,通过正交实验确定了该产品的工艺参数和最佳配方。南瓜保健蛋糕是糖尿病人较理想的保健食品。
Pumpkin have nutrition and health functions. The paper introduced the technological process of making pumpkin health cake, and obtained the technological parameters and the optimal formula through orthogonal experiment. Pumpkin health cake will be an ideal health food for diabetic.
