摘要
选择了粟酒裂殖酵母(Schizosaccharomycespombe)作为外源基因供体菌。通过PCR技术扩增得到α-半乳糖苷酶基因,构建了重组质粒pYX-MEL,并在酿酒酵母Saccharomyces.cerevisiaeW303-1A中获得表达,得到的转化子能以蜜二糖为唯一碳源生长。
Schizosaccharomyces pombe was selected to provide gene.α-galactosidase gene was obtained by PCR technique. The hybrid plasmid pYX-MEL was constructed and was expressed in Saccharomyces cerevisiae W303-1A. The recombinants can grow on melibiose as a sole carbon source.
