摘要 介绍了一种测定饲料中氟含量的快速方法.首先利用氧弹燃烧技术对样品进行预处理,将氟转化为氟化氢,用碱液吸收燃烧产物,吸收液加入总离子强度缓冲液(TISAB)消除Al3+、Fe3+干扰,调节pH=5~8后定容,然后用氟离子选择性电极以标准加入法测定溶液的电势,从而测得有机物中氟的含量,线性范围在10-6~ 1 mol·L-1时,回收率97.1%~103.1%.实验结果表明,该方法适用于样品不多、组成不清楚或复杂试样中总氟量的定量分析. The paper introduced a method for determining fluoride of fodder with the associated method of oxygen bomb combustion and F-ion selective electrode. First ,the sample was burned in the oxygen bomb with high pressure and purity oxygen, then absorbing the ash with alkali solution and using the TISAB for eliminaring the interference of Al^3+,Fe^3+. F-ion selective electrode was used for determining the content of fluoride in organic substance under the range of pH 5-8. When the fluoride concentration was at the range of 10^-6 - 1 mol · L^-1, the recovery was 97. 1 - 103.1%. The results showed that the method could be applied in the determination of total fluoride for those samples with less quantity,unknown or complicate composition.
