摘要
采用碱法处理样品 ,用酸提取样品中的总氟 ,氟电极测定 ,标准加入法定量 ,直接用公式计算结果。本法简便、快速、准确 ,与国标法相比无显著差异。本法适合于饲料厂中的配合料、浓缩料及有机质较多的饲料原料总氟的快速测定。
Samples were alkali treated, acid extracted for total fluorine,determined with a fluorine electrode and standard quantified with results computed by a formula. This method was simple,quick and correct with no difference from the state standard method.It is suitable for quick determination of total fluorine in compound feed, concentrate feed ,and organic matter-rich feed ingredients.
