摘要
目的观察抑酸加复合结扎治疗Barrett食管(BE)的临床效果。方法对40例经内镜和病理诊断为BE的病人,分别采取抑酸加复合结扎(治疗组)和抑酸加抗反流(对照组)治疗。于治疗后3、6、12个月分别进行内镜和病理检查,观察两组BE病人治疗情况。结果治疗组20例BE病人,治疗后3、6、12个月时的有效率分别为65%、70%、80%,而对照组则分别为0、0、25%。治疗组除出现短暂的吞咽疼痛、低热外,无出血、穿孔、狭窄等并发症。结论抑酸加复合结扎治疗BE,疗效高,见效快,长疗程抑酸加抗反流对BE治疗有一定作用。
Objective To observe clinical effect on Barrett＇s esophagus（BE） treated with compound ligation and acid suppression. Methods Acid suppression with compound ligation （treating group） or acid suppression with anti -retroflux（ control group） were used respectively on 40 cases of BE patients dignosed with endoscope and pathology. Endoscope and pathology check were performed 3,6,12 months after therapy, the therapy effect of these two groups were observed, Resuits The effectiveness of treating group（20 cases BE patients）were 65% ,70% ,80% respectively after 3,6,12 months of therapy, while 0,0,25% were observecl on control group. Except transient disphagia and low fever, no complications such as bleeding,perforation or stenosis were observed on treating group. Conclusion The better and faster effect was achieved with acid suppression and compound ligation on BE;the effect was not observed on acid suppression and anti-retroflux until long duration of treatment.
