摘要
目的:分析我国预防医学专业高级人才的分布情况,发现其中存在的问题。方法:资料来源于中华预防医学会2002年推选的各学科科技专家及学科带头人资料,分析研究对象的性别、年龄、工作单位性质及地区分布。结果:被推选的396名科技专家及学科带头人中,女性所占比例为28.5%,远低于男性。东部地区占67.7%,西部地区只有14.6%。结论:我国预防医学高级专业人才,女性比例明显偏低,西部地区人才严重缺乏。应进一步开展性别研究,鼓励现有高级人才在西部地区开展科学研究和人才培养。
Objectives:To analyze the distribution of senior human resources in preventive medicine,and identify the existing problems. Methods:Data recommended by branches(special committees) of China Preventive Medicine Association in 2002 were collected to analyze the distribution in terms of gender, age, type and area of workplace. Results:Totally 396 experts were recommended in the analysis. Woman experts accounted for only 28.5 %, 14.6 % worked in less developed west China. Conclusions:Woman experts have a lower proportion and senior human resources in preventive medicine have insufficient in west less developed area in China. Further researches on gender equity are needed. The currently available experts are encouraged to be engaged in scientific researches and training programs in west China.
