摘要
《关于进一步加强卫生健康人才引进培养工作的实施意见》自推行以来,成为医学人才引进、培养、激励的重要依据,有效解决医学人才后备力量不足的问题,为医疗卫生服务事业发展提供保障。如何在“意见”的指引下提升医学人才培育水平值得探究。本文通过研究医学人才引进培养方式及激励策略,以期为提高卫生健康系统人才队伍综合建设质量提供参考。
Since its implementation,the"Implementation Opinions on Further Strengthening the Introduction and Training of Health Talents"has become an important basis for the introduction,training and incentives of medical talents,which effectively solve the problem of insufficient reserve force of medical talents,and provide guarantee for the development of medical and health services.It is worth exploring how to improve the training level of medical talents under the guidance of"opinions".This paper studies the introduction and training methods and incentive strategies of medical talents,in order to provide a reference for improving the quality of the comprehensive construction of the talent team in the health system.
