摘要
目的分析4666例急性农药中毒情况,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息报告网络平台,收集杭州市15个区、县(市)2006年-2011年农药中毒报告卡,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果①2006年-2011年杭州市累计上报农药中毒总数4666例,死亡332例,病死率7.12%,其中非生产性农药中毒4067例,占中毒比例87.16%。②生产性农药中毒男性高于女性,男、女性别比例1∶0.34;非生产性农药中毒女性高于男性,男、女性比例1∶1.30。③杀虫剂是引起农药中毒的主要毒物,中毒例数为3818例,占总中毒例数的81.83%,其中又以有机磷农药中毒为主。④中毒地区以郊县农村为主,中毒4343例,占总数的93.08%。⑤生产性农药中毒季节性明显,以三季度最高,占68.28%。结论杭州市非生产性农药中毒情况严重,应积极采取并落实有效的控制措施。
Objective To provide scientific evidence for making measures for prevention of pesticide poisoning through analyzing the prevelance status of acute pesticide poisoning in Hangzhou. Methods The data were collected from health disserve surveillance information system, which was part of China information system for disease control and prevention, and statistically analyzed by SPSS 17. 0. Results From 2006 to 2011, there were totally 4666 cases of pesticide poisoning, of which 332 cases died, the fatality rate was 7.12%. Non -productive pesticides accounted for 87.16% in total. Productive pesticide poisoning cases were more in male than female, while female patients were more than male patients in non - productive pesticide poisoning. The pesticide (mostly organophosphorus pesticides) was the main poison that caused poisoning, accounting for 81.83% of the total poisoning patients. Outskirts of Hangzhou city was the most serious zone of pestcides poisoning, accouting for 93.08% of incidence cases. The incidence of pesticides poisoning had significant increase in the third season, accounting for 68.28%. Conclusion Non - occupational pestcide poisoning was threatening the health of people in Hangzhou, and the effective prevention and treatment should be taken immediately.
