摘要
在开发信息系统的过程中，对其经济价值进行评估和界定是十分重要的。运用费用-效益模型和价值工程模型分别对信息系统的货币型指标和非货币型指标进行了分析和评估。
In the process of Information System （IS） developing， it is very important to give an exhaustive evaluation and definition to its economic value． In this article， we use the cost－benefit model and value engineering Model to analyze and evaluate the numismatic and non－numismatic guidelines of the IS respectively．
