摘要
阐述了运用层次分析法进行评标定标的重要性，提出评标定标的层次分析模型和判断矩阵，进行了各投标者的排序计算并选择了中标单位．
This paper discusses the importance to apply the hierarchy process method in evaluating bid and determining bid and puts forward the hierarchy process model and estimating matrices. It also makes calculating the arranging order of biding persons and choosing the decision scheme.
