摘要
本论文是“河北省中小学教师职业道德失范的调查研究”课题的一部分,主要针对乡村、县城及中等以上城市等不同区域中小学教师职业道德失范现象进行了比较研究。结果表明:中等以上城市、县城和乡村中小学教师职业道德失范行为总体差异显著,且城市高于乡村,但是,在依法执教方面失范行为普遍程度乡村高于县城以上城市,在为人师表方面县城和乡村均高于中等以上城市。研究者对以上结果产生的原因进行了分析和探讨。
This thesis is a part of Analysis On teachers＇ Professional Morality Anomie in Primary and Secondary schools in Hebei province. It mainly aims at studying teachers＇ professional morality anomie in schools of villages, counties and over medium- sized cities . The results indicate that the general differences these areas are conspicuous, moreover the rate of teachers＇ professional morality anomie in cities are higher that in villages. In terms of teaching by law, the phenomenon of teachers＇ anomie in villages is higher than that in counties and over medium- sized cities; in terms of paragon of virtue and learning, teachers＇ anomie in villages and cities is higher than that in over medium- sized cities. The author investigates the causes to this phenomenon.
