摘要
教师道德失范指教师违背职业道德规范要求的现象与行为,属于职业道德失范的范畴。教师道德失范的原因在于德育主体性力量的缺失。教师道德失范的类型主要有教师目的型、价值取向型、情感型和传统型。制度缺失是教师道德失范的重要原因。制度规范体系与内容不完善;制度目标不明,存在制度性的偏差;制度规定不具体,操作性不强;存在制度性的矛盾与冲突,缺乏"制度共识"。制度重建是消解师德失范现象的关键。
Based on related studies in the recent years, this article tries to examine and analyze the phenomena of teachers' moral anomies and its types at present. The author points out that the institutional imperfections are the important reasons that account for teachers' moral anomies. Effective measures should be taken to overcome the institutional imperfections. The author argues that institutional reconstruction is the key to resolving the problem of the teachers' moral anomies.
