摘要
目的在化妆品中运用真菌检测技术对两种培养基进行比较。方法取112份化妆品分别用Sabouraud琼脂培养基和孟加拉红培养基进行真菌检测。结果用Sabouraud琼脂培养基检测,有15份样品出现真菌菌落,阳性率为13.4%;使用孟加拉红培养基检测,有16份检出真菌,阳性率为14.3%。结论使用2种培养基检测结果差异没有显著性,使用孟加拉红培养基作真菌检测,检测方法简单,准确,快捷。
[Objective] To compare two culture mediums with fungi detecting technology in cosmetics. [Methods] 112 samples of cosmetics were selected and detected with Sabeuraud ager medium and Rose Bengal medium. [Results] The positive detection rate of fungi with Sabeuraud ager medium was 13.4% ; the positive detection rate with Rose Bengal medium was 14.3%. [Conclusion] No significant difference was found in the detection result between the two medium. The detection method with Rose Bengal medium was simple andaccurate.
