摘要
1988~1989年对农垦58S×02428的F_2代和005S×浙粳的F_1~F_3代进行了研究。以自然结实率、花粉典败率和花粉可育率为指标对各群体进行检查,实验结果表明:杂交F_1代的结实率比可育亲本的低,恢复度为84%,杂交F_2代的育性表现了明显的分离,分离曲线呈连续分布,F_3代的遗传符合哈代-温伯格定律,具有与F_2代同型的分离分布。结合其它工作,本文提出水稻光周期敏感雄性不育特征的基因以及育性差异基因协同作用的遗传模式。
The inheritance of photoperiod sensitive male sterility in hybrid progenies F_1-F_3of 2 crosses between Nongken 58S and its derivative 005S with 2 japonica(ssp. kengTing) cultivars was studied respectivly. Pollen fertility and spikelet fertility were exa-mined in each plant of the F_1-F_3 progenies. The F_1 of(005S x Zhe Geng)had essentially normal spikelet fertility, about 84%of that of the fertile parent. The F_2 plants in both crosses segregated continouusly. Theclassification of sterile vs fertile plants depends on the percentage of pollen or spikeletfertility taken for delimitation. The curve of segregation in F_2 of(Nongken 58S×02428) showed 2 or 4 peaks, with a ratio of approximately 3 fertile: 1 sterile or9 fertile: 3 medium-high fertile: 3 medium-low fertile: 1 sterile. It seems that 2 pairs of genes can account for such ratios, with 1 pair of photop-eriod ms genes and 1 pair of fertility differentiating genes(fd). Genotypes with diffe-rent degrees of phylogenetic affiliation reveal the presence of fertility differentiatinggenes in varying numbers, when crossed between themselves. postulation of fertility dif-ferentiating genes seems to be helpful in explaining the mode of inheritance of photoper-iod sensitive ms lines in different crosses reported, including crosses between indica(ssp. hsien Ting)and, japonica(ssp. keng Ting)rices.
