摘要
结合安龙钢铁公司的生产实际,通过对安龙电弧炉炼钢过程的能量平衡进行分析,找出了冶炼电耗高的原因和影响因素。就安龙的现状进行了设备技术改造和炼钢工艺改进,达到了预期的目的。
This paper analyses the energy balance during the electric furnace steelmaking of An-long. We find the fundamental causes and affecting factors of high electricity consumption. Furthermore, we do equipments technical improvement and improve steeling process. So we achieve the anticipated goal
