摘要
本文为改变轧钢加热炉传统的按炉温控制供热的方法;创造按轧机产量直接在线控制供热的新方法,开发了最优Q-P供热控制模型。该模型经在邯郸钢铁总厂650加热炉上应用表明:能在轧机产量频繁波动的过程中,达到合理供热.以及提高产量16.7%,节能11.6%,减少金属烧损0.586个百分点。
In this paper, an optimization Q-P heating control model is developed, which has changed the conventional heating control method of reheating furnace according to the temperature and has created a new direct on-line heating control method by rolling mill output. The model use test was done in reheating furnace 650 of Handan General Iron & Steel Works. The result shows that the model can reasonably control heating during frequent fluctuation of rolling mill output, increase output by 16.7%, save energy by 11.6% and reduce metal oxidizing loss by 0.586%.
