The character of high performance copper-eladed laminates were introduced, and the development and applications of cyanate ester（CE）, poly（ 2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene ether） （ PPO）, polylmide（PI） and polytetrafluoroethylene （PTFE） resins were emphatically reviewed.
