烃汽相氧化反应制备表面活性剂的条件优化 被引量:1

Choosing Optimal Oxidation Reaction Conditions for Preparing Surfacant from Hydrocarbons in Vapor Phase by Orthogonal Tests

摘要 以大庆常三线油、常四线油为原料,用正交试验法优选烃汽相氧化反应的适宜条件,以提高氧化产物中的氧化物含量、酸值和皂化值.分析表明,常三线油的适宜反应条件为:反应温度350℃,氧烃摩尔比2.20,水烃摩尔比19;常四线油的适宜反应条件为:温度325℃,氧烃摩尔比2.20,水烃摩尔比可在试验范围内任意变动。试验还探索了加催化剂对氧化产物性能的影响,结果表明催化剂有助于提高氧化物合量、酸值和皂化值。 The third -side-stream and fouth-side-stream crude oil are adopted to choose the optimal oxidation reaction conditions in order to increase the compound of oxygen,acid value and saponification value in oxide products.The orthogonal tests show that the optimal reaction conditions for the third-side-stream fraction are as follows:its tempreture at 350 ℃,the mole ratio of oxygen to hydrocarbon 2.20,and that of water to hydrocarbon 19.For the fouth-side-stream fraction, the temperature is at 325℃,the mole ratio of oxygen to hydrocarbon is 2. 22 and that of water to hydrocarbon is variable. The effects of the catalyst on the oxide products are discussed. Results demonstrate that the catalyst is beneficial to increasing oxide, acid value and saponification.
