摘要
在精馏塔模型化当中,塔盘上的汽相滞留量常常被忽略,这对于低压或常压精馏过程是合理的,但对于高压精馏过程,却可能带来严重的误差。为了避免这一问题,本文提出了一种非常通用的精馏塔动态数学模型,系统地综合了塔盘汽相滞留量的影响。通过对某脱乙烷精馏塔的动态计算模拟,充分证实了它的准确性。
In the modelling of distillation columns the vapor holdups on the plates are often assumed to be negilible. It is reasonable for low pressure columns, however for high pressure columns, it may cause large errors. To overcome such drawback, a generalized dy- namic model is developed in which the effect of vapor holdup are taken into account. Simula- tions of a deethanizer have verified the accuracy of the proposed model.
