底层框架抗震墙砖房抗震能力的分析方法 被引量:28

An Analytical Method of Aseismic Capacityin Multi-Story Brick Buildings with Frame and Shear Wall in First Story

摘要 本文依据底层框架抗震墙砖房的受力特点和底层枢架抗震墙及上部砖房的抗震性能,简述了砼和砖填充墙以及砖墙极限承载力的计算方法,给出了开竖缝的钢筋砼低矮墙的极限承载力计算公式,分析了底层框架抗震墙砖房层间极限剪力系数的计算方法和薄弱楼层的判别,并对底层框架抗震墙砖房的抗震能力和“大震”作用下的破坏状态分析方法进行了探讨。 Based on characters and seismic behavior of multi-story brick buildings with frameand shear wall in first story,this paper introduces computational method of ultimate load-bearingcapacity in R. C. shear wall,brick wall and frame filled with brick walls. The computational for-mulas of ultimate load-bearing capacity in framed low- rise shear wall with vertical seams weregiven. An analytical method for coefficient of story untimate shear and the weakest story estima-tion for multi-story brick buildings with frame and shear wall in first story were present-ed.Finally,aseismic capacity and analytical method for damage states under major earthquake inbuildings of this kind are discussed.
