摘要
根据“小震不坏、大震不倒”的抗震设计原则,本文讨论了工程抗震设计中重要的建筑物、一般工业与民用建筑物和次要建筑的“小震”与“大震”的定义、概率意义和取值原则,并对我国新疆20个城镇和华北、西南、西北(除新疆)45个城镇地震危险性分析的结果进行了概率统计分析,得到适用于具有不同重要性的建筑物的“小震”与“大震”的设计取值,为采用概率理论确定抗震设防标准和抗震设计中二阶段设计的地震作用取值提供了依据。
In this paper, definitions of 'moderate' ard 'major' earthquakes, probabilistic meaning and principle to evaluate intensity value for important, general and unimportant buildings in aseismic design are discussed, recording to the aseismic design principle of building with no damage under 'moderate earthquakes' and no collapse under 'major earthquakes'.The statistics based on results of seismic hazard analysis from 65 cities and towns in China and intensity values of 'moderate' and 'major' earthquakes for various buildings are given.This paper provides a basis for determining anti-seismic level and values of seismic action in two-step aseismic design by probabilistic method.
