The Seismic Testing Study of 1/2Scale Model of 7-Story Multi- Story Brick Buildings with Frame Shear Wall in First Story

摘要 本文简述了七层底层框架抗震墙砖房1/2比例模型的抗震试验及其试验结果,并对模型的极限承载力、开裂和极限位移等进行了分析,评价了这类房屋的抗震能力。对于在7度区建造总层数为七层的底层框架抗震墙砖房给予了肯定的结论,并提出了对这类房屋应增强过渡楼层墙体抗剪、抗弯能力等的设计建议。 In this paper,the seismic test and its results of a 1/2 scale model of 7-story multi-story brick buildings with frame and shear wall in first story are presented.The load-bearing ca-pacity and ultimated deformation were analysed and the aseismic capacity of buildings of this typewas evaluated. The conclusion that a 7-story brick building with frame and shear wall in first sto-ry can be built in areas of basic seismic intensity of VII is drawn. Meanwhile the design recom-mmedation of enhanced shear and bending capacity of brick wall in transitional story of buildingsof this type are put forward.
