摘要
由于人才无序竞争及经济、区位差异,西部农业高校高层次人才逆向流动严重,影响到正常教学、科研工作的开展。为此,必须从重视人才队伍建设规划、挖掘现有人才潜力、加大高层次人才引进力度、探索新的用人机制、优化资源配置等方面加强人才工作。
Because of disorderly competition of talents and discrepancy of economies and regions, the flows of high-ranking talents from agricultural universities in West China to the universities in the East were rather serious, and even influenced the normal process of teaching and research. As a result, the work of talents must be unstrung from the aspects as follows: attaching importance to talents construction program;taping the potentials of talents; enlarging the introduction of high-ranking talents; trying the new system of employment and optimizing resources distribution.
