摘要
地区间经济发展的差异关键在于人力资本的差异。随着经济的深化,地方大学应依靠自身优势,立足地方,为区域经济的发展和缩小地区经济差距提供人力和科技支持,加快创新,增加教育资源投入,构建适应地方经济发展的教育体系。
The key of the local economic difference consists in the human resources. With the depth of the economy, the localuniversity should depend on its and the local advantage, so that it could provide human resources and technologies for theeconomic development. Meanwhile the local university should accelerate its innovation, increase education resources and set upthe system in order to adapt to the economic development.
