摘要
开裂是常见的发动机气缸盖失效形式,为了提高气缸盖工作的可靠性,避免出现开裂失效。以某个气缸盖开裂失效案例为代表,从机械疲劳开裂、热疲劳开裂、腐蚀疲劳开裂、材料与热处理工艺等方面入手分析开裂失效原因,并提出相应的改进方法来避免机械疲劳开裂、热疲劳开裂,之后对改进后的气缸盖进行试验,结果未出现开裂失效,表明本文提出的改进方法切实可行。
Cracking is a common form of engine cylinder head failure.In order to improve the reliability ofcylinder head operation and avoid cracking failure.Taking a certain cylinder head cracking failure case as a repre-sentative,this paper analyzes the causes of cracking failure from the aspects of mechanical fatigue cracking,ther-mal fatigue cracking,corrosion fatigue cracking,materials and heat treatment processes,and proposes corre-sponding improvement methods to avoid mechanical fatigue cracking and thermal fatigue cracking.Afterwards,experiments were conducted on the improved cylinder head,and no cracking failure occurred,indicating that theimprovement method proposed in this article is practical and feasible.
