摘要
在总结我国各旅游合作区域无障碍旅游的主要内容的基础上,借用福利经济学关于垄断对资源配置和运用的不利影响的理论,分析了旅游业地方保护主义在资源配置和运用上无效率的具体表现,指出地方保护主义是实现无障碍旅游的主要障碍,并探讨了区域无障碍旅游的发展对策及趋势。
This paper summarizes the main content of regional obstacle-free tourism cooperation in different areas of China. Based on the theory of welfare economics, in which monopoly is believed to have a negative impact on resources allocation and application, this paper analyzes the concrete performance of inefficiency in resources allocation and application due to regional protectionism in tourism industry. It points out that regional protectionism is the main obstacle in realizing obstacle-free tourism cooperation. Moreover, it probes into some strategies and growth trend for the development of regional obstacle-free tourism cooperation.
